This is a re-release of the 1995 John of Mark album. Track 4, "We don't have to have sex" originally from the demo have been replaced by the version which was supposed to be on the album.

This also was supposed to be the 5th The Box album but the band split and the cd was released as Jean-Marc solo work. All the songs have been composed by The Box original members: Jean-Marc Pisapia, Jean-Pierre Brie and Claude Thibault and recorded by Jean-Marc, François Bruneau, Stéphane Mayrand and Marc Gendron.
